Refund Policy

At Avery Page Marketing, we put time, strategy, and creativity into every project to ensure you get the best results. Because of the nature of our work, we have the following cancellation and refund policies:

Website Design Services

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing the contract to secure your project. This covers initial planning, research, and design concepts.

  • If you cancel before the contract is signed, no payment is required.

  • If you cancel after signing the contract, the deposit will not be refunded, but no further payments will be due.

Social Media Management Services

  • All social media packages require a 3-month commitment to allow time for strategy and results.

  • Payment is due at the start of each month, and once submitted, it is non-refundable.

  • If you choose to cancel before the 3-month term is complete, you are still responsible for paying for the remaining months of your contract.
